I've been to Capitol Physical Therapy for a couple different problems. Most recently I went before and after knee replacement surgery. Grant was the best! Very attentive and so helpful in attaining my goals. I will definitely use them again if the need arises and recommend them to friends. Excellent experience.

Broke my ankle last summer. I’m old & decrepit enough as it is. Miranda worked her magic (well, her knowledge & expertise) and she helped me get back to walking all over the place, up & down stairs - without any aids, cane, walker & the like. I had issues with surgical wound care (great surgeon!, I just really did a good job breaking my ankle) & Miranda was great helping me with that as well. She’s wonderful!! (I hope this comes across in this review?)
Physical therapy, under an excellent therapist, is one of the best things you can do for yourself. I know my range of motion, walking & doing all the great things one’s ankle needs to do, would not be near what it is, without PT. Thank you, Miranda!!

This place is top notch from Pam at the front desk to the Therapists Jordan, Jacob and Grant, that have helped me out with some lingering issues. They have kind interns that make therapy “fun”. All in all, a great place to if you need therapy. I’m the second one to go here from my family. Nothing but positives to say about this team in Verona.

I started seeing Grant after having a severe right shoulder injury that left me with limited mobility and constant pain. From my very first session, I knew I was in good hands. He took the time to thoroughly assess my condition, explain every step of the treatment plan, and answer all my questions with patience and clarity.

Grant helped me to improve while making sure I never felt overwhelmed or discouraged. Thanks to his guidance, my mobility has greatly improved, and I’m finally pain-free for the first time in months.

I have had multiple orthopedic surgeries over the years and hold a very high bar when it comes to physical therapy care. Working with Maddie at Capitol Physical Therapy has truly exceeded my expectations. She provided outstanding treatment and thoughtful progressions compared to any PTs I’ve seen in the past. Maddie was very professional, took the time to explain and educate me on each exercise, and always considered my pain level and any hesitation with specific movements. I have highly recommended her to several friends and family members.

The one area for improvement I noticed is with the clinic’s scheduling model. Many times during my visits, Maddie’s attention had to be divided between myself and 1-2 other patients. While I still felt supported and this is no reflection on Maddie’s quality of care, it seems to be how the clinic structures visits for all patients, as I observed this scheduling pattern with other therapists as well. As a pelvic floor patient, I felt this setup was sometimes challenging since my needs required a bit more individualized attention than a standard orthopedic case.

Overall, I greatly appreciate the care and expertise Maddie provided and would highly recommend her to anyone seeking physical therapy.

Over the years I have done rehab for various joint replacements and other maladies at five different physical therapy locations, with 8-10 different Physical Therapists. I've had two that stood out as far better than the others, and one of those is Nicole at Capitol Physical Therapy. Nicole seems to intuitively understand exactly what my shoulder needs, the exercises that will work it to the maximum of, but not beyond, its capabilities, and when to add additional exercises and/or difficulty. She is kind, patient, and happy. She carefully explains the exercises she recommends and the reasons for each one. The support staff at Capitol Physical Therapy have been very helpful and professional as well. I highly recommend Capitol Physical Therapy and especially Nicole.

I don’t really have words to say how wonderful this place is. They were kind, patient, and were incredibly thoughtful of me. I don’t think I’ve ever met a group of people so genuinely nice and caring. Because of them I was able to pick up my fiancée and I’ll be eternally grateful for that. Thank you so much.

I am 75 years old and have received physical therapy here for poor posture which developed over three years of pandemic depression. PT was over enthusiastic and worked me too hard on the 2nd session, so then I quit. Home exercises were clear and good.

Meagan Barker is such an amazing physical therapist. She made it fun and engaging and I enjoyed coming into every session. I highly recommend seeing her for PT.
