You can come to physical therapy without a doctor’s referral—that is called Direct Access.
In the state of Wisconsin you have Direct Access, or the ability to seek care from a physical therapist without a physician’s referral. However, we make it a priority to always involve and communicate with your physician, when warranted.

Hours of Operation:
M-Th 7:30 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
F 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
We offer early morning and early evening appointments for your convenience.
Our practice also welcomes cash payment at competitive prices for services outside of your insurance plan. |
