In the state of Wisconsin you have Direct Access, or the ability to seek care from a physical therapist without a physician’s referral. However, we make it a priority to always involve and communicate with your physician, when warraranted. Your well-being is our ultimate goal.

T: 7:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
W: 7:30 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
Th: 7:30 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.
F: 7:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
*Our practice also welcomes cash payment at competitive prices for services outside of your insurance plan.
