The mission of Capitol PT is to
provide high quality physical therapy services, “the
way it should be”. With that, we believe in order to return a person to
their pre-injury state, it requires careful, on-going assessment and progression
according to the particular condition and response to treatment. We do not believe
that 30 minute treatments for every patient, for all conditions, is appropriate
and we take great pride in spending necessary time with our patients. Our professionals
deliver care with advanced clinical skill, efficiency, and compliance with customer
expectations.
 Julie M. Lombardo, PT, MA – President
Julie is a physical therapist,
originally from Eau Claire, WI. She earned her Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy from The College of St. Scholastica in Duluth, Minnesota in 1997. She also attended
the University of Minnesota and has earned a Bachelor’s
Degree in Biological Sciences.
Julie serves as Capitol PT’s President, Chief Clinical Officer,
Care Provider, and Compliance Program Director. Throughout her
career, Julie has served roles in many facets of the Physical
Therapy profession. She has worked in the state of Washington in sports medicine and industrial rehabilitation, in Madison as a multiple-clinic supervisor and key figure in the development of an in-house rehabilitation department at a major retirement facility, and as a private practice owner. Julie has instructed Physical Therapists, Occupational
Therapists, Speech Therapists, and Assistants on documentation, coding, and
billing of therapy services and has in-depth understanding of state certification,
Medicare regulations, and federal payer guidelines. She has been a Certified Clinical Instructor since 2001, and is an ErgoScience® Certified Functional Capacity Evaluator. Julie is undergoing extensive training this year working toward her CAPP Certification (Certificate of Achievement in Pelvic PT).
Julie is currently a member of the American Physical Therapy Association and
the Wisconsin Physical Therapy Association, with membership in the Orthopedic, Women's Health,
Aquatic Therapy, and Private Practice Sections. Julie
enjoys waterskiing, golfing, weight lifting, and running.
 Meagan Peeters, DPT, CSCS
Meagan is a graduate of Marquette University in Milwaukee, WI where she earned a Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy.
She earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology from Lawrence University.
Meagan is lead therapist for our Aquatic Therapy division. She has experience in orthopedics/sports medicine, aquatic therapy, women’s health physical therapy, and is an ErgoScience® Certified Functional Capacity Evaluator. Meagan is undergoing extensive training this year working toward her CAPP Certification (Certificate of Achievement in Pelvic PT). She has led strength training classes for women and teens and swimming classes for children outside of her physical therapy obligations.
Meagan is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association with membership in the Orthopedic and Women’s Health sections. Meagan is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. Meagan is an avid runner and competes in marathons and triathlons.
 Jennifer Klestinski, MPT, CSCS
Jennifer earned a Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from the Mayo School of Health Sciences in 2001.
She earned a bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology at the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 1999.
Jennifer is experienced in treating orthopedic/sports medicine conditions, and is specialized in treating women’s health physical therapy conditions. Jennifer has completed extensive training and holds a Certificate of Achievement in Pelvic PT (CAPP Certification). Jennifer leads our Women’s Health division and continues to treat general orthopedic conditions and musculoskeletal dysfunctions in pregnant clients. She is trained in the treatment of pelvic pain, incontinence, and rectal pain. She has been a Certified Clinical Instructor through the American Physical Therapy Association since 2002.
Jennifer is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association with membership in the Orthopedic and Women’s Health sections. Jennifer is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. Jennifer enjoys entertaining, travel, and outdoor activities including triathlon training, hiking, and cross country skiing.
 Beth A. Lee, PT, MS
Beth is a physical therapist, originally from Shullsburg, Wisconsin.
She earned her Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy from Clarke College in Dubuque,
IA. Beth also attended Clarke College for her undergraduate studies, where
she earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology.
Beth serves as a per-diem physical therapist for Capitol Physical
Therapy. Beth treats general orthopedic conditions, geriatrics, and is an ErgoScience® trained Functional Capacity Evaluator.
Beth is currently a member of the American
Physical Therapy Association. She enjoys being
outdoors, working-out, and spending time with her family.
 Kelly
E. Fleming, MPT
Kelly is a graduate of the University
of Wisconsin-Madison Physical Therapy program. Her expertise
lies in both orthopedic/sport medicine and geriatric care. Kelly
serves as one of Capitol PT’s
per-diem therapists. She is a well-respected and experienced therapist.
She is the mother of three girls who enjoys spending her free-time
traveling, running, or visiting area zoos with her girls and husband.
 Jason
Wolbers, PT, MS
Jason is a graduate of Clarke College
in Dubuque, IA. He has worked in a private physical therapy practice
in Galena, IL treating sports injuries and as Director of Rehabilitation
Services at Sunny Hill Health Care Center in Madison. He has also
treated home-health and in-patient hospital patients. Jason also serves
as a per-diem physical therapist for Capitol PT. Jason enjoys
weight lifting, yoga, running, modeling
and acting.
